Write it down on a piece of white paper in a little large font with a black ink pen, photo it from a top side to make sure all words are in the picture, the much clearer your handwriting picture is, the much like it will be. Send it to us and we will do it into the keychain. If we have any problem regarding your writing, we will let you know before making it.

The product itself is very good quality, with probably the best engraving I’ve encountered.
But…I ordered two, and only received one. They did send me a second one after I opened a case, but the back side of the second item was upside down (i.e. not the same as the first one). Not a big deal if you’re just ordering one, but I’m disappointed with the inconsistency.
